Classes

Yoga Flow

Yoga flow is a stong, dynamic and creative class where poses are linked together with breath. Movement is done in a flowing sequence. Some Yoga experience required.

Iyengar Yoga

Iyengar Yoga was developed by B.K.S. Iyengar, and is based on the ancient text, ‘Yoga Sutras’. The physical postures, ‘Asana’, are developed in a specific sequence with focus on correct alignment and utilise props, such as band, block and bolster, to support the student in the postures. Iyengar Yoga is suitable for all abilities as it incorporates gentle basic postures and moves to more advanced postures when the student is ready.

Gentle Yoga

Not everything has to be hard and sweaty. Gentle Yoga combines soft flowing poses with stretches to leave you feeling calm, balanced and revived. All levels, pre and post natal women welcome.

Power Yoga

Power Flow is a dynamic class and offers the opportunity to explore more challenging poses and some inversions. It is fun, free flowing and strong; all about power, core strength but it still brings the essence of Yoga. This is an intermediate class and not suitable for people who have injuries.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is great for reducing stress in the body and mind. A slower style of Yoga where poses are held for longer periods, using props and an emphasis on breath to work more deeply into joints and connective tissues. As Yin yoga typically focuses on the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis and lower spine, anyone who sits all day, has low back pain or tight hips is going to find this of great benefit. Suitable for all levels

Restorative Yoga and Deep Relaxation

Slow, gentle and deeply relaxing Yoga postures together with Deep Relaxation to calm the mind and body. Improve sleep, decrease stress and anxiety and give the body a gentle and nourishing stretch. Suitable for everyone and especially for those with restricted mobility and pre and post natal.

Pilates

An energising and fun Pilates class. We use small props and body weight to tone, strengthen and lengthen the body with mindful, controlled movements. With a focus on function and form, Pilates is a complete mind body workout. Suitable for all levels.

Barre

Barre classes combine elements of Yoga, fitness and Pilates and you don’t need to be a dancer or even co-ordinated to enjoy the benefits. It focuses on low-impact, high-intensity movements designed to strengthen your body in ways that few other workouts can. Some props are used such as block, ball and weights. It’s fun, energising and will challenge you in all the right ways! All abilities welcome.

Barre + Pilates

Combine the best of Barre and Pilates. Work at a steady controlled pace to build functional core strength, body awareness and balance. A whole body workout designed to make you feel longer and stronger by using the barre, small props and your body weight. Suitable for all levels

Barre + Fit

Using the barre, weights and resistance bands, combining the best of the smaller micro movements from Barre & Pilates combined with bigger, more functional exercises to give you a total body workout. We used set timed intervals to work through each exercise with minimal rest between each exercise and finish the class with some deep stretches using the barre so will leave feeling challenged but incredibly energised afterwards. Options for everyone so you can work at your own pace.
