Yoga Flow

Yoga flow is a creative class where poses are linked together with breath; movement is done in a flowing sequence. All levels are welcome, Saturdays offer an intermediate class

Yoga Sculpt

Consider this a work-in rather than a work-out! We use light weights or small props to help you build heat in the body, work on core strength and balance so you can get your cardio and your calm on at the same time. The poses are simple, low impact but provide the right amount of challenge to make you feel like you’ve worked hard but are not depleted. Some slower and more relaxed Yoga poses to finish. An all levels class, no Yoga experience required.

Gentle Yoga

Not everything has to be hard and sweaty. Gentle Yoga combines soft flowing poses with stretches to leave you feeling calm, balanced and revived. All levels, pre and post natal women welcome.

Yin & Yang Yoga

Combining both Yin and Yang elements in one class provides a balanced practice that will leave you feeling both energised and relaxed. This class blends two styles of yoga into one practice – bringing together the benefits of slower, longer held Yin yoga poses with more dynamic movement and standing postures. Suitable for all levels

Yoga; Roll & Release

Yoga poses to stretch your body and calm the mind plus the added benefits of using the foam roller and massage balls to roll and release tight muscles. An incredible way to look after your body and work on flexibility, mobility and de-stress your body. Suitable for all levels.

Power Yoga

Power Flow is a dynamic class and offers the opportunity to explore more challenging poses and some inversions. It is fun, free flowing and strong; all about power, core strength but it still brings the essence of Yoga. This is an intermediate class and not suitable for people who have injuries.

Pilates

An energising and fun Pilates class. We use small props and body weight to tone, strengthen and lengthen the body with mindful, controlled movements. With a focus on function and form, Pilates is a complete mind body workout. Suitable for all levels.

Yoga-Lates

Yoga-lates combines Yoga poses with Pilates to bring you a complete mind-body experience. Combining both traditional and contemporary Yoga poses with Pilates exercises, this is a class that will leave you feeling both challenged and nurtured, relaxed and invigorated. Suitable for all levels

Barre

Barre classes combine elements of Yoga, fitness and Pilates and you don’t need to be a dancer or even co-ordinated to enjoy the benefits. It focuses on low-impact, high-intensity movements designed to strengthen your body in ways that few other workouts can. It’s fun, energising and will challenge you in all the right ways! Suitable for all levels

Barre + Pilates

Combine the best of Barre and Pilates. Work at a steady controlled pace to build functional core strength, body awareness and balance. A whole body workout designed to make you feel longer and stronger by using the barre, small props and your body weight. Suitable for all levels

Barre + Yoga

Combining Barre with Yoga makes for an energizing and dynamic class where you will find a deep connection to your core muscles but also create a sense of calm and relaxation as you move, stretch and balance through a series of postures that will leave you feeling grounded but uplifted. Suitable for all levels.
