It was my first time taking a yoga class so was a bit nervous going in but the instructor (Nicky) was so warm and welcoming and was happy to cater to my abilities and walk me through many of the aspects of yoga, meditation and mindfulness. She also has such a well rounded understanding of yogic practices and provided many insights about the benefits it provides. It has been so helpful to my mental health and I will be going back as much as I can. The studio is also such a lovely space and feels very relaxed and calming. Can't wait to visit again

I found that it didn't matter at all - Liana and the other teachers are fantastic and support all levels of experience. I had recently retired and was feeling very stiff after sitting for long periods at work but thanks to the classes I am fitter, stronger and more flexible than I have been for years. Just shows that you are never too old to start yoga!
